Its honestly so sad that Stinky's work id got thrown out with the scrapped log it was in because honestly cleaning up the mess makes a Lot more sense with it there, as knowing that Stinky was working at gravitas for That long would make the log go from kind of confusing next to the rest of the logs to fitting in perfectly and giving us the valuable new info that the dna stealing a duplicant project was being worked on since Very early on in gravitas and even Before the printing pods started being developed

#rat rambles #oni posting #now I assume it was scrapped for very similar reasons that most of the og jodi and jackie stuff was #as in it was Very direct with its information #its replacement does a much better job at getting the point across without directly telling the reader anything too specific #but I do think including the id would have been perfectly ok as it doesn't directly tell us anything abt duplicants #this isnt a serious writing critique just me looking back to when I first read that scrapped version and how stinky's id blew my mind #for context it was A030 #bro was hired before mi-ma man thats how you know hes been here for ages #it also only further contributes to my joke hc that hes the Only janitor in the entire company #he either gets paid in exposure or is paid better than the vast majority of the actual scientists and is also the only employee with dental #no inbetween
